Following the successful walk in April, staff and Board members once again donned their walking shoes for a 6 mile circular walk from the beautiful Wolds village of Donington on Bain. Led by Nick, the walk began from St Andrews Church and, following a small climb through woodland, joined a bridleway with colourful views of the countryside.

We held our Annual Celebration Evening at the Double Tree by Lincoln on Friday, 17 June 2022. The evening was dedicated to our amazing team of Staff and Volunteers and provided us with an opportunity to thank everyone for their continued support throughout, what has been a difficult couple of years for everyone.
We are delighted to have received the latest aerial photographs of Roman Gate Court, our latest development in Lincoln. The images of Roman Gate Court were taken by Lindum Construction, our appointed contractors.
Residents, staff and volunteers had a fantastic time celebrating the Queens Platinum Jubilee. Our Support and Hospitality+ teams worked alongside volunteers and residents to host as many Jubilee celebrations as possible and we have received some wonderful feedback from residents.
Olsen Court in Lincoln celebrated VE Day on the 8th May 2022. Residents enjoyed a selection of homemade chocolate brownies and vanilla cupcakes, made by our Hospitality+ team.

We have formally marked the start of building work at our new schemes, providing 40 new homes in Scunthorpe and Lincoln, costing a total of £6.4m.
