Our Restaurant

Good food and good company — at the heart of every Lace community, where meals and friendship go hand in hand.

Our restaurants are open seven days a week, serving freshly prepared, home-cooked meals made with care and local ingredients.

They’re more than dining spaces — they’re places to relax, connect and feel part of a caring community.

Delicious food, prepared with care

Every meal is cooked on site by friendly teams who take pride in serving traditional, wholesome dishes.

We serve a two-course lunch every day, with options to eat in or take away.

Plated teas are also available to collect later in the day.

Wherever possible, we use ingredients from Lincolnshire suppliers, supporting our local community.

To reduce waste and guarantee your meal choice, our simple pre-order system lets you plan ahead — with help from our team if you need it.

We cater for dietary needs safely. You’ll complete a short form when you move in so we can prepare food that suits you.

Each scheme has its own rotating four-week menu, updated seasonally — spring/summer and autumn/winter — shaped by resident feedback.

A place to eat, connect, and feel at home

Our restaurants nourish body and mind — offering company, safety, and belonging at the heart of every scheme.

Our hospitality teams play a key role in your wellbeing — working alongside our Housing and Support Teams to help you stay independent, healthy and connected.

Restaurant teams carry out daily checks to keep schemes safe and manage visitor entry.

At weekends, they’re the main on-site contact, providing reassurance and continuity.

The restaurant offers more than a meal. It’s a daily touchpoint where you can chat, share a smile, and feel part of a caring community.

These small moments help everyone feel seen and supported.

Our restaurants are the social heart of each scheme. Residents often stay for coffee and cake.

From Coronation teas to VE Day lunches, residents and teams plan menus and decorations together, creating shared moments.

We also host birthday lunches and family gatherings — buffet menus are available on request.

Dining with friends and family

Visitors are always welcome — because great food tastes even better when it’s shared.

Family and friends can join you for lunch — please book at least 24 hours in advance and pre-order when possible.

Visitor and leaseholder meal prices vary by scheme; your hospitality team will confirm the current rate when booking.

These charges apply where a weekly restaurant service charge isn’t paid.

You’re always welcome to dine at any Lace Extra Care restaurant — just book ahead and pay the standard visitor rate.

Let us know of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking so we can prepare safely.

Food that nourishes, connections that last

We believe great food brings people together — turning everyday meals into moments of warmth and belonging.

Trained, caring hospitality teams who go the extra mile to make every meal enjoyable.

Each restaurant is designed as a relaxed social hub — a space where everyone feels welcome and at home.

We work with local suppliers and listen to resident feedback to keep menus seasonal and satisfying.

Built on care, kindness, and quality — our restaurants serve great food that brings people together.
