With a background in operation and accounting Nick joined us in 1991 with the responsibility for our financial health. A further qualification in Leadership and Management with the Chartered Management Institute led to Nick being appointed as our Chief Executive and Company Secretary, a position he has held for over 26 years.
Nick’s primary role is to represent and to oversea the implementation of our Long Term Strategy ensuring that our activities remain aligned with our overarching vision.
Anne has over 30 years’ experience in social housing and joined Lace Housing following her role as Head of Tenancy Services at the Midlands-based housing association, Longhurst Group.
Anne brings extensive professional expertise across housing management, people management, health and safety and regulatory compliance. Her qualifications and experience support Lace Housing’s commitment to strong governance, resident safety and high-quality services.
Anne holds a postgraduate diploma in Housing Policy and Practice, a diploma in Leadership and Management, a Level 5 diploma in Human Resource Management, and the NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. She also holds a NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate and the NEBOSH IIRSM Certificate in Managing Risk.
Anne is the executive lead for health and safety and consumer regulation, with senior responsibility for compliance with the Regulator of Social Housing’s Consumer Standards. She is also the executive housing management lead under the Regulator of Social Housing’s Competence and Conduct Standard, the senior lead for compliance with the Housing Ombudsman’s Complaint Handling Code, and acts as Lace Housing’s Data Protection Officer.
Anne works closely with the Board to provide assurance on compliance, risk management and continuous improvement across resident-facing services.
Emma has worked in supported housing for over 17 years, 10 of which have been spent within our extra care schemes. Emma has qualifications in management and leadership, housing practice and health and social care. She is passionate about providing a high standard of support and housing management within an independent living environment and is also the safeguarding ambassador for the Association.
Phil joined our team in 2012. He oversees the delivery of the association’s response and planned maintenance service while ensuring stock condition, health and safety obligations and legal compliance are maintained. Phil, and his team take great pride in the service they offer, striving at all times to ensure a high level of accommodation is provided to all our residents.
Paul joined us at the beginning of January 2021 after 7 years as the Head of Property Management for a Lincolnshire-based property management company. Previous to this Paul worked as a banking adviser for RBS for several years.
Paul has a wealth of knowledge and qualifications in the managing of domestic dwellings and compliance and in 2020 qualified to be a DEA (energy assessor), City & Guilds Legionella risk assessor in 2019, MARLA recognised along with AWMsoc and ACIEH in 2018.
Paul will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the delivery of our property and grounds maintenance services.
In 2010, Tracey joined LACE as a Support Coordinator at Brick Kiln Place. She has gained many qualifications including her level three Supported Housing qualification from the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH).
In 2017, Tracey became Manager of Brick Kiln Place and Worth Court. In 2022, Tracey was promoted to Extra Care Manager, overseeing LACE Housing's four Extra Care Schemes located in Grantham, Bourne, Lincoln and Welton. Tracey takes pride in providing a high standard of support to older people, and assisting them to retain their independence for as long as possible.
Regan is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of housing services for older people and low-cost home ownership schemes, ensuring residents receive a responsive, supportive and high-quality service.
He supports residents throughout their journey with Lace Housing — from pre-application advice and allocations through to ongoing tenancy management — offering clear guidance and practical assistance to those seeking a home with Lace.
Regan is committed to delivering consistent, resident-focused services, making sure people know who to contact, feel listened to, and are supported to live well and independently.
He holds a qualification in Property Management and is currently working towards further professional accreditation, reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and service improvement.
