How does your work make a difference for residents?
I create on-demand reports that give teams real-time insight into things like void performance, rent arrears, repairs and health and safety compliance. This helps managers make quick, informed decisions — reducing empty home turnaround times, improving repair responses and maintaining high safety standards. Accurate, timely data supports better outcomes for residents.
