Volunteers help make Lace communities brighter, livelier and more connected.
Whether you’re leading activities, running a craft group, helping with bingo, gardening, small DIY tasks, coffee mornings or lunchtime chats - your time can make a real difference.
We ask all volunteers to complete a basic DBS check and sign up to our Code of Conduct and Confidentiality Agreement.
In return, volunteering is a rewarding way to meet new people, gain experience, and enjoy the satisfaction of making a real difference.
To register an interest please complete the form below and we'll be in touch.
Many of our residents volunteer their time within their own communities — running coffee mornings, tending gardens, repairing small items, or simply offering a friendly chat to neighbours.
These everyday acts of kindness turn shared spaces into places of friendship and pride.
Their efforts help make every Lace scheme a true community, where people look out for one another and enjoy living well, together.
