Could you tell us what your role involves day to day?

I support residents from their first enquiry right through to move-in and beyond. I help with tenancy guidance, financial entitlements, policy queries — or simply being there for a friendly chat.

Why Lace?

It’s incredibly rewarding to help someone improve their quality of life, especially when a safer, more suitable home helps them regain independence. I also love seeing how resident feedback leads to real changes.

What do you enjoy most?

Knowing I can make a positive difference to someone’s day, or even their whole outlook on life.

How does your work make a difference?

Better housing can transform independence, safety and wellbeing. Helping residents access that — and then seeing the impact — is the most rewarding part.

Describe working at Lace in three words:

Community. Meaningful. Rewarding.

What would you say to someone considering applying?

Go for it! You’ll be part of a genuinely supportive team that cares about residents and each other.
