What does your role involve?
No two days are the same. My work includes building compliance checks, grounds maintenance, repairs and daily interaction with residents. It’s full-on, varied and rewarding.
What do you enjoy most?
Getting results and making a real difference — especially improving the grounds so residents have places they’re proud of.
