Plans are well underway to develop apartments and holiday accommodation for older people in Skegness. Situated close to the seafront, the scheme will provide a wide range of facilities to support independent living. The development will be funded by the Homes and Communities Agency, GLLEP, East Lindsey District Council, the Herbert William Sollitt Memorial Trust, Private Finance and from our own resources.
It is hoped that the scheme will be completed by March 2017.
