We are thrilled to announce that the Lincolnshire Independant Living Partnership(LILP) Annual Review 2017/18 has now been released.
For nearly six years now LILP members have been working with each other to help customers, the majority of whom are older people, to retain independent and fulfilling lives.
We have also reduced the burden on hospitals through our Hospital Avoidance Response Team (HART) saving the NHS £965,500!
