LACE House (Central Services) – Christmas opening times
Please note that due to a low demand for support from our Central Services team over the festive period, LACE House will be closed from 12.30pm on Friday 22nd December and will re-open from 9.00am to 4.30pm on Tuesday 2nd January 2018. In the event of an Emergency, a number of Officers will be ‘on call’ to provide support. Please follow the following procedure in the event of an emergency.
What to do in the event of an Emergency
In the event of an emergency associated to either the maintenance of your home, please activate your Emergency call system (red button/pull cord) if you have one. The operator will take initial detail and contact the appropriate
Officer within the Association. In the event that you do not have an Emergency call system, please telephone 01522 514444, then select Option 1 for Property Repairs. Your call will be directed to the appropriate Officer on call.
