The awards are brand new and have been designed to promote excellence in Lincolnshire’s tourism sector.
Chapman Court was officially opened in September 2017 – our first development in Skegness for more than 20 years – and includes 17 affordable retirement apartments as well as our first ever holiday apartment.
Designed for over 55s looking for a retreat in one of the UK’s best-loved seaside towns, the apartment has been designed with comfort in mind.
