To mark this year’s Remembrance Day, residents at Olsen Court held a "wartime coffee morning" where our Hospitality team provided cakes and biscuits using recipes from the war. These included Parkin, condensed milk cake, honey biscuits and ration scones. In addition, the team delivered decorated cupcakes to all residents.
