Situated on Lincoln Road, in the village of Ingham, the apartment is within easy reach of two fine village greens. The largest of the two greens is the focal point of the village and is skirted by well-established trees. The smaller Green is dominated by the 13th Century All Saints Church, which includes the Ingham War Memorial within its grounds. Village amenities include a village hall, three public houses and a shop. The village also benefits from excellent public transport into the City of Lincoln and Scunthorpe.
