As a small association, we have always prided ourselves on working closely with our residents. During lockdown we provided a weekly wellbeing telephone call to all our residents who requested one and delivered home-cooked meals from our restaurants to our residents within our extra care schemes.
We have received some wonderful messages of thanks from our residents: “We’d like to thank you very much for all you’ve arranged at Olsen Court to help us keep as safe as possible during these last few months.” – Olsen Court resident “I just wanted to message you to thank you for the regular weekly phone calls you made during lockdown. It was very comforting to know that you were taking the trouble to enquire about our wellbeing.” – Brighton Place resident.
Our residents are still receiving calls on request, and we continue to deliver our meals.
