Diamond Place is located in the popular village of Welton on a modern housing development off Prebend Lane. The scheme is within easy reach of convenience stores, takeaways, a doctor’s surgery and public transport links.

Diamond Place provides an extra care environment designed to help residents feel safe, secure and connected, while supporting independence and wellbeing. The scheme supports older people to receive planned care and support and helps reduce feelings of loneliness and isolation through access to shared facilities and on-site support.

To qualify for extra care housing, applicants usually need a minimum care need of one hour per week, a support need and regular use of communal facilities. At Diamond Place, we are currently also considering applicants without an immediate care need but with a high support need who would benefit from the extra care environment.
