Throughout the year we’ve been collecting donations for local food banks in Lincoln, Grantham, Skegness and Bourne and for homelessness charity P3 Charity. We’d like to say a huge thank you to all our amazing staff and residents who have kindly donated a range of essential items.

We’re excited to announce that our award-winning four-star holiday apartment for over 55s in Skegness has now been approved by the Visit England We’re Good to Go industry standard certification for being COVID secure.

Residents from Brick Kiln Place, our extra care scheme in Grantham, have made their fourth donation to the Grantham Food bank this month. Anne Clarke (pictured), along with her fellow residents, have donated a variety of food items and a £30 cash donation.

We’ve launched our new-look website! We have been working hard to create a website that not only supports our residents, staff and those looking for a new home, but also provides lots more information for everyone visiting our site.

We currently have vacancies within two of our housing with extra care schemes to rent: Brick Kiln Place in Grantham and Worth Court in Bourne. These specially designed, self-contained apartments are built for older people who have a support and care need, with a desire to retain independent living.

It’s Loneliness Awareness Week and loneliness is something that’s now more prevalent than ever. We provide housing for older people – a group of the population that can feel particularly lonely – and one of our key aims has always been to mitigate loneliness and isolation among our residents.

Are you or is someone you know over the age of 55 and looking for an affordable forever home? Our last four bungalows on Frith Close, located in the historic village of Nettleham, are available to buy on a shared ownership basis.
