Nick has worked within the social housing sector for over 26 years, 20 of which as Chief Executive at LACE Housing. As a member of the Chartered Institute of Management, Nick has gained considerable experience, knowledge and understanding regarding the housing, care and support needs of older people.

Nick is Chairman of the Greater Lincolnshire Housing Association Partnership and Lincolnshire Independent Living Partnership.

For over 15 years Nick has provided services to Education and currently serves as a Director of a local Academy.

Kevin joined the Association in 2002 following 25 years in the banking industry. As a Chartered Associate of the Institute of Financial Services, Kevin continues to bring valuable treasury skills and knowledge to the Association in support of its development plans. Kevin also takes overall responsibility for the Associations IT systems and had overseen the implementation of specialist housing management and accounting, and time and attendance/HR software to gain efficiencies in the work of the finance and payroll functions.

Having worked in social housing for over 25 years, Anne joined the team following her role as Head of Tenancy Services for Midlands housing association Longhurst Group. Anne's formal qualifications and considerable experience in housing, human resources and health and safety demonstrate her dedication to providing excellent and innovative services. 

Anne holds a postgraduate diploma in housing policy and practice, along with a diploma in leadership and management, a Level 5 diploma in human resource management and NEBOSH general certificate in occupational health and safety and a NEBOSH fire safety certificate.

Elaine has worked in social housing for 20 years. Elaine has qualifications in Community Safety and Voluntary Sector Management. Elaine works closely with our housing coordinator and oversees our housing for older people schemes. Her role includes overseeing the letting of any vacant properties and assisting our leasehold and shared ownership sales. Elaine also progresses any antisocial behaviour cases and any legal action of unpaid rent or service charges. She also coordinates our resident engagement panels.

Emma has worked in supported housing for over 17 years, 10 of which have been spent within our extra care schemes. Emma has qualifications in management and leadership, housing practice and health and social care. She is passionate about providing a high standard of support and housing management within an independent living environment and is also the safeguarding ambassador for the Association.

Katja, who joined the Association in 2007, has over 27 years’ experience within the catering and hospitality industry. She manages the kitchens and restaurants at our extra care schemes and is passionate about providing nutritious meals for all our residents to enjoy. With the support of our team, Katja is also responsible for ensuring our schemes are cleaned to a high standard, providing a safe environment for our residents to live in.

Rachel joined the association in 2011. She has over 28 years’ experience in both accountancy practice and industry and previously worked in a senior business advisory role for a global network of accountancy firms. Rachel supports all aspects of our finance function including rent, sales, purchase and nominal ledgers.

Phil joined our team in 2012. He oversees the delivery of the association’s response and planned maintenance service while ensuring stock condition, health and safety obligations and legal compliance are maintained. Phil, and his team take great pride in the service they offer, striving at all times to ensure a high level of accommodation is provided to all our residents.

Tracey joined Brick Kiln Place, our extra care scheme in Grantham, as a Support Coordinator in 2010. Since working for LACE Housing she has gained a qualification in customer service and has completed the Chartered Institution Level 3 Certificate in Supported Housing Practices. In 2017 Tracey became Scheme Manager for our extra care schemes located at Grantham and Bourne.

Agne first joined LACE Housing in 2007, as bank staff for our catering team and has worked her way up through the Association. She took up a role as catering supervisor before joining the support team at our Olsen Court extra care scheme in 2016. Agne was promoted to Scheme Manager in 2018 and always strives to provide the best service to our residents.

Gary, joined LACE Housing in 2015 and as Deputy Manager supports our Hospitality Manager with the running of our Restaurants within our Extra Care schemes. Gary has a passion for food, which comes from working in catering from an early age within the family business. Gary manages the kitchens and restaurants at our extra care schemes and is passionate about providing nutritious meals for all our residents to enjoy. Gary creates nutritious menus for our residents, supports scheme events and provides ongoing support for his team.
