We are very proud of the housing and support services we provide and are committed to maintaining them to the highest standard.
We employ our own in-house property and grounds team who respond to the maintenance and compliance requirements of our residents and schemes.
They work Monday to Friday between 9am and 4:30pm but are also available to respond to emergency repairs outside of these hours. (please refer to Our repair timescales – for more details on what constitutes an emergency repair). Their familiarity with our residents and knowledge of our buildings mean that they are often a welcome sight and the ownership and pride they take in carrying out their tasks to a high standard make them an important part of our overall service offer.
Our team also work closely alongside an approved list of contractors; whose support is crucial in more specialist areas of maintenance. Many of these are local to Lincolnshire and have provided their services over many years, building up a relationship with LACE and a familiarity with our schemes that helps to ensure a high standard of service is maintained.
