Resident involvement
Our resident involvement strategy was refreshed and published in December 2018.
We currently have two resident involvement groups: one for residents in the north of the county and one for residents living in the south of the county. We are working with our groups to develop tenant scrutiny, to ensure we comply with regulatory standards and continually improve our services and offer value for money to our customers.
