What does the rent and service charge cover?

How do I apply?

Whilst the name of this development is yet to be determined, the site is within the district of West Lindsey. Should you wish to register your interest for one of these homes, you must do this through West Lindsey Homechoice:

Step 1 - Register your interest with West Lindsey through their Homechoice scheme. The Homechoice team will then manage your application on behalf of Lace Housing Association. Once accepted you will be given a unique reference number to enable you to bid on properties advertised on Homechoice when they become available.

Step 2 – Approximately 3 months before completion of our scheme, the properties will be advertised though Homechoice and you can then bid on one of the apartments.

Step 3 – Following the closing date of the advert, all applications received will be assessed for eligibility by officers from West Lindsey Homechoice and Lace Housing Association.

Step 4 – Those who have been successful will be contacted to arrange a home visit to further assess eligibility for the apartment they have selected.

a) Has permanently resided for 5 years or more in the parish of Nettleham
b) Has permanently resided for 1 – 5 years within the parish of Nettleham
c) Has permanently resided in one of the adjacent villages for 5 years or more
d) Has permanently resided in one of the adjacent villages for 1 – 5 years
e) Has permanently resided for 5 years or more in West Lindsey
f) Has permanently resided for 1 – 5 years in West Lindsey
