Step 1 - Register your interest with West Lindsey through their Homechoice scheme. The Homechoice team will then manage your application on behalf of LACE Housing Association. Once accepted you will be given a unique reference number to enable you to bid on properties advertised on Homechoice when they become available.
Step 2 – Following the closing date of the advert, all applications received will be assessed for eligibility by officers from West Lindsey Homechoice and LACE Housing Association.
Step 3– Those who have been successful will be contacted to arrange a home visit to further assess eligibility for the apartment they have selected.
