Following a successful start on site in Nettleham, under the close supervision of Darren from the Lindum Group, Nick took on the role of trainee operator of a 360 bulldozer. 'This was not an easy task but thanks to Darrens close supervision i very slowly transfered soil into a vehicle' said Nick. 'You have to use controls on both sides of the cabin as well as constantly being aware of the area in which you are operating. I am most grateful to Matt, Site Manager and Neil Coote for coordinating and accommodating this challenge, 1 of 50 that I have been tasked with during 2018/19.'
