As BT once said in its Buzby advertising campaign: "Make someone happy with a phone call..." Who remembers that?
Even while in lock down, we're working hard to prevent our residents from feeling lonely and isolated.
Almost 70% of our residents have requested and are now receiving a regular telephone call from a member of our housing support team.
The feedback has been amazing and we've had comments such as: "What a lovely thing to do," and "That is so very kind of you all at LACE - you really do look after us."
During Thursday night's phone calls, residents joined the nation to #ClapForOurCarers.
