Olsen Courts conservatory was transformed into a fine dining restaurant last week. A long table was set for the guest to enjoy fine dining event. All guests loved the food and thoroughly enjoyed their evening.
Residents have alreay made requests for another evening to be organised.

Starters
Lobster bisque (Smooth & creamy soup of French origin)
Chicken, spinach & mushroom Ballotine (Chicken thigh stuffed with spinach & mushrooms)
Main courses
Smoked sea bream on Provençale ratatouille with buttery rosemary fondant potato
Trio of beef filet served with sauce Béarnaise, Stilton sauce & red wine jus, served with Lyonnaise potato stack, green bean bundle & girole mushrooms
Desserts
Grand Manier chocolate mousse with citrus tuile & candied orange slices
Red wine poached pear with home made prune & walnut ice cream
