Despite the challenges associated with COVID-19, we were overwhelmed by the continued support for the food banks over the past year. So much so, we have chosen to continue to support this vital service during 2021, providing much needed items for local food banks in Lincoln, Grantham, Skegness and Bourne.

At LACE Housing we have always prided ourselves on working closely with our residents and we actively encourage feedback from anyone living in our schemes.

We wanted to reassure residents that we are continuing to carry out essential repairs during the current lockdown period and will aim to do so as quickly as our resources will allow, following Government guidelines and adhering to safe systems of work at all times.

Our three remaining two-bedroom bungalows in the picturesque village of Nettleham, Lincoln are currently available to buy.

What a year it has been! It’s safe to say that 2020 wasn’t the year we or anyone else expected, and while it’s been a difficult year for everyone, we’re incredibly proud that we’ve managed to achieve some great things.
