Whilst we offer an ‘out of hours’ repairs service, this should only be alerted in the event of an emergency. An emergency response is considered appropriate where it is deemed that there is imminent danger to tenants' health or risk to personal safety, risk of serious damage to the building, risk of serious damage to the tenants' property or risk of loss of property. Our response will aim to remove immediate danger to people, prevent serious damage to the property, make the property secure or restore essential services. All other reported repairs will be dealt with in accordance with our Response Repairs Policy, available from Sam Nolan.
