The construction of our fourth Housing with Extra Care scheme is scheduled to complete in February 2025. An awareness event for the local community is to be held on the 24th September at the Welton Village Hall at 3.00pm and 7.00pm. Those present will hear more regarding the development, its links with Welton Parish Neighbourhood Plan, the application process/eligibility criteria and recruitment opportunities.
We invited existing residents to share how their lives have changed as a result of living within our Extra Care schemes around Lincolnshire.
Sue says: “Moving to Bourne has completely changed my life, being here has taken me out of the black clouds and into the sunshine. The staff are fabulous and so helpful.”
