LACE Housing held its annual Board Away Day at the Lincolnshire Conference Centre this week.
As 2023 marks the halfway point of LACE's five-year ambitious strategic plan, it was an important event in the LACE calendar, providing an opportunity for the board and executive team members to get together to reflect not only on the past couple of years, but also look to the future.
Amongst all the strategic discussions, we kept our vision, to be Lincolnshire’s leading provider of specialist housing and support services for older and vulnerable people, at the heart of our meeting.
2023 is shaping up to be an exciting year; with two new housing developments opening in Lincoln and Scunthorpe, our vision is becoming reality.
