Feedback from our satisfaction surveys

During what was a very difficult year, our Property Maintenance team completed nearly 1500 repairs in 2021, 98.3% of which were completed within prescribed timeframes. 

Feedback from our satisfaction surveys indicated that over 98% of our residents were satisfied with how their repair was dealt with. We are delighted with the feedback we have received, and would like to thank everyone involved for their hard work, support and dedication.
