Resident Involvement Group (RIG) first 'virtual' meeting

In addition to the meetings of our successful Resident Involvement Group (RIG) our first 'virtual' RIG meeting was held last week.

In addition to the meetings of our successful Resident Involvement Group (RIG) our first 'virtual' RIG meeting was held last week.

Our Specialist Housing Manager, Emma Ward, and our RIG champion and Board member, Karen Seddon, were delighted to be joined by new members of the group.

The RIG provides a real opportunity to develop our tenant scrutiny and continuously improve our services. Each member received a letterbox parcel containing teabags and biscuits to enjoy at the meeting.
