As all our restaurants at our Housing with Extra Care schemes fully reopened, our hospitality teams have been delighted to be able to welcome residents back!
Yesterday we had our first lunch service for those residents who had booked to eat in our dining room– and this went extremely well! It was a very memorable moment for both staff and residents seeing people come together again after such a long and difficult period. Olsen Courts scheme manager, Agne, said: “We were all delighted to see residents chatting to each other and being able to finally share a table together. "
All residents are still advised to adhere to social distancing and to wear their face coverings except for when seated at the tables.
Our hospitality team also have a ‘track and trace’ system in place and continue to offer deliveries for residents wishing to continue to enjoy their meals in the comfort of their own apartments.
