This week (10th to 16th May) is Mental Health Awareness Week and this year’s theme is nature
At LACE Housing we recognise the challenges that everyone has faced since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic and the changes we have all experienced to both our home and working lives. While we have all been focusing on staying safe, some may have found that their overall wellbeing has suffered, perhaps experiencing periods of anxiety, loneliness, or a drop in confidence.
That’s why this week and beyond, we are encouraging everyone at LACE Housing to take time out of their day-to-day working tasks to get outside and reconnect with nature. The Mental Health Foundation have shared lots of wonderful tips and advice for anyone wanting to know more about ways to connect with nature.
