This Extra Care Scheme is situated within in the popular village of Welton. The development will provide safe and secure homes for those over the age of 55 consisting of 62 affordable apartments and 10 bungalows, as well as a communal lounge facility, mobility scooter store and landscaped gardens. The scheme is located within easy reach of convenience stores, takeaways, doctor’s surgery and public transport. 

Created in partnership with West Lindsey District Council, Lincolnshire County Council and with the support of the Parish Council, the development has been made possible thanks to a £5.6m grant from the Governments Homes England as part of its Shared Ownership and Affordable Homes Programme. RG Carter are appointed works contractor and partners include Thornton-Firkin, Longhurst Group, Saunders Boston Architects, Ward Cole and Triangle. The Development is estimated to be completed and available for occupancy during February 2025.
