Working with our partners
LILP members, which include Age UK Lincoln & South Lincolnshire, LACE Housing, Lincolnshire Housing Partnership and St Barnabas Hospice, work with each other and with external agencies to design and develop services which enhance the health, safety and wellbeing of Lincolnshire’s more vulnerable residents.
Services include the Hospital Avoidance Response Team (HART), Memory Lane Day Service for people with dementia and the Lincolnshire Telecare Service. By preventing accidents, illness and hospital admission, our services do the local community good too.
Our residents benefitted from our former partners, Lincolnshire Home Independence Agency’s, support when moving into their new homes in Ingham and Washingborough by using a handyperson service to put up curtain poles and shelves etc.
Our CIH Midlands Award for Health, Housing and Care - Inovation Partnership, reflects the fact that the LILP formula works: four tried and trusted local organisations making the most of local resources to make a real difference to people’s lives.
