Chapman Court holiday apartment Skegness

Our award-winning holiday apartment is part of our Chapman Court scheme which is purpose built for older people. It is situated close to the seafront, within one mile of local amenities and less than 200 metres to the nearest bus stop. As such, it is in an ideal location to allow you to explore the historic seaside town of Skegness during a short break or week away.

The apartment is available for two people (at least one of which must be aged 55 or over) and has been designed with comfort in mind, enabling you to sit back and relax during your stay.

Our apartment is centrally heated and comprises of a fully furnished lounge, fully equipped kitchen-diner, a twin bedroom and bathroom with a shower.

Freshly laundered bedding and hand, bath and kitchen towels are supplied for guests.

The accommodation is available from 2pm on the date of your arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the date of your departure. Arrangements for collecting/depositing the keys will be confirmed with you before arrival.

Car parking spaces are limited and are therefore subject to availability. One mobility storage space is available at the holiday accommodation; any additional storage cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability.

Skegness boasts award-winning sandy beaches stretching out to the sea, great attractions and a range of facilities to suit all ages along its promenade and seafront. Visitor attractions include Natureland Seal Sanctuary and Animal Centre, Church Farm Museum, Skegness Pier, crazy golf, tenpin bowling, fun fairs and shopping, not to mention the charming foreshore. 

Please note: We ask that you DO NOT travel to the apartment if you have symptoms of Covid-19 or live in an area where local lockdown restrictions are in place, restricting travel. If your break is directly impacted by COVID-19, request a full refund or rebook a new break for another time as part of our booking promise.
