Report a repair

Reporting a repair for tenants.

Our Repairs and Maintenance Team are available to complete repairs for our tenants between 9.00am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. If you have a non-emergency repair that you wish to report, please complete the form below.

An emergency repairs service is available between 4.30pm and 9.00am Monday to Friday and over weekends and Bank Holidays. If you believe your repair is an emergency and presents an immediate risk to your safety, security or health, please contact us on 01522 514444.

If you are a LACE member of staff and are reporting a fault at the office then please select ‘LACE Office’.
It may be that the fault is in more than one location - please select multiple locations using the tick boxes below if this is the case.
