We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, enthusiastic Hospitality Assistant for our extra care setting Brick Kiln Place in Grantham.

 

To support the cook in food preparation including some cooking tasks, scheduled cleaning and deep cleaning as required and to serve service users, working with some supervision.

 

16 hours per week

Hourly rate: £8.21 – £8.50 depending on experience

 

Experience in a similar role essential

Basic food hygiene qualification desirable

Maintenance Assistant posted 12/04/2019

We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic Maintenance Assistant to work in our housing schemes throughout Lincolnshire.

A broad range of practical property maintenance experience, including a sound understanding of heating and plumbing systems and basic electrical and/or joinery skills, is essential.  Experience of general grounds maintenance, including grass cutting and pruning is also required as is a good understanding of safe working practices and health and safety obligations.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to display LACE’s core values at all times are also fundamental to the role.

The position is full-time, 35 hours per week.  You must hold a full, valid driving licence and be prepared to work out of hours on an ‘on call’ rota system.
