For over 53 years, we have provided a wide range of specialist transport services across the County of Lincolnshire. Services include Homesafe, Hospital Transport and Day Trips.
Homesafe is part of the Lincolnshire Wellbeing Service, provided on behalf of Lincolnshire County Council. Homesafe is a transport and resettling service for those returning home following a stay in hospital. Our drivers and support staff will take you home where you will be met by a member of the Wellbeing Service reponse team. Further information regarding this service is available on 01522 514444.
Provided on behalf of the NHS Lincolnshire Community Shared Services, we provide a hospital transport service for older people. The aim of the service is to assist you home or to an alternative care setting, prevent late discharge from hospital, prevent inappropriate admission into hospital via Accident and Emergency and to improve access to those waiting or in need of hospital care. Our team of qualified staff receive referrals and respond by ensuring that you are transported as quickly and safely as possible, supported into your home and provided witha a food and information pack.
In order to overcome loneliness and isolation, we provide a range of Day Trips for our residents throughout the year.
At LACE Housing, we are very proud of the Housing and Support Services that we provide. That is why we are committed to maintain them to the highest standard. To do this, we employ our own ‘in house’ Property and Maintenance Team who respond to the repair, maintenance and improvement of our accommodation and services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In the event that we need to use the services of another contractor, we only use contractors that have been formally approved and work in accordance with our agreed terms and conditions.
