Wellbeing Service

Lincolnshire Independant Living Partnership (LILP) is a consortium of five local organisations working within the heart of the community to promote independant living. Today LILP comprises Age UK Lincoln & Kesteven, Boston Mayflower, LACE Housing Association, Lincolnshire Home Independence Agency and St Barnabas Hospice: five local charitable organisations bound by a common mission to design and deliver public services which facilitate independant living.

We collaborte with the public sector, including health, housing and care, to develop services which prevent accident, illness and hospital admission, whilst actively enhancing health, safety and wellbeing. Our services, which include the Wellbeing Serice and Hospital Avaiodance Response Team (HART), are making a real difference to people's lives.

Transport Services

For over 54 years, we have provided a wide range of specialist transport services across the County of Lincolnshire.

In order to overcome loneliness and isolation, we provide a range of Day Trips for our residents throughout the year.

Property & Maintenance Team

At LACE Housing, we are very proud of the Housing and Support Services that we provide. That is why we are committed to maintain them to the highest standard. To do this, we employ our own ‘in house’ Property and Maintenance Team who respond to the repair, maintenance and improvement of our accommodation and services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In the event that we need to use the services of another contractor, we only use contractors that have been formally approved and work in accordance with our agreed terms and conditions.
