Day 4 - Cleveland Way

Following a democratic process, with 8 votes for and 1 abstention, Elliot was elected to write today's blog:

After breakfast we all met at the end of Saltburn Pier for a photo. Although it was sunny, it soon began to rain. We had to climb 666 feet. It was very muddy and Mum and Bob fell in the mud. We arrived in Staithes at lunchtime. Helen, Sara and Mum met three men taking off their wetsuits. We had time to stop for a drink before continuing to Runswick Bay. The sun came out again, although we were all very muddy, apart from Dad. After tea we stayed in a guest house. Our room has a low ceiling and Dad kept banging his head 4 times but there was no damage. Tomorrow will be a long day as we cant leave until the tide is out. We have to walk all the way to Robin Hoods Bay.
