Chapman Court official opening

LACE Housing’s newest development of affordable homes will be formally unveiled in Skegness on Tuesday 12th September at 2.00pm.

The official opening of the £2m housing development will be attended by the family of the late Ron Chapman, a long-standing member of Skegness RNLI, after whom the development is named.

Nick Chambers, Chief Executive of LACE Housing, will welcome guests to the site before inviting Simon Gregory, Managing Director of Lindum Construction, who carried out the construction of the building, to deliver a short speech before presenting a formal donation to members of Skegness RNLI. The RNLI is LACE Housing’s charity of the year.

There will be an opportunity to view the 17 one-bedroom apartments and one-bedroom holiday accommodation before refreshments are served at The Storehouse Conference Centre, North Parade, Skegness, PE25 1BY.
