‘Housing with Extra Care’ is designed for older people who have high support and personal care needs. Care and support services are provided within self contained flats, which are available for rent and for sale.

Our ‘Housing with Extra Care’ schemes are built to a high design specification with additional facilities and support. The accommodation is for older people who still value independent living and want additional security and support. It is particularly relevant to those who require more specialised amenities and greater support in retirement accommodation.

A 24 hour Care Team, commissioned by Lincolnshire County Council Adult Social Care, enable residents to receive an appropriate level of Care and Support as and when it is needed.

Our Support Staff are available to assist residents, respond to emergencies, encourage social activities, report and monitor repairs and maintenance work and ensure that our accommodation and services remain at the highest possible standard.

Brick Kiln Place, Grantham

Officially opened in 2010 by HRH the Earl of Wessex, Brick Kiln Place is located within the historic town of Grantham and situated in a newly developed residential area within easy reach of a wide range of amenities including shops, post office and take aways.
